Lately I have been making my own toothpaste and it has been really helping my mouth. I decided to share the recipe and let others in on it because it has really been great. I struggle with a lot of gum and teeth issues so I am always looking for new tools to avoid future problems. This of course is a suggestion and it may not work for everyone. However, enjoy and let me know what you think!

Oh the joys of pickeling with a friend or loved one! Sometimes in life you need to get yourself in a pickel. It’s a fun way to bond and it’s really not that difficult to do. It’s quite simple:
- Run around and pick out all of your favorite pickeling supplies
- Sterilize your jars with boiling water (be sure to let them dry of excess water)
- Spice up that vinegar!
- Add in your veggies
- Let em sit and wait it out!
It of course varies depending on what you’re pickeling. Today we made pickled Asian veggies that added some color, happiness and spice into our life!
Everyday I look forward to drinking a nice cup of tea! Sipping on any tea of your choosing can be grounding, centering and enjoyable. You can share your tea time with good friends and family or just enjoy the comfort of being by yourself. I love to mix and blend my own teas out of fresh herbs, roots or flowers. On of my absolute favorites is ginger root tea. Not only is it tasty, but it is healthy and natural. Ginger is great for digestion, headaches and chewing on the root itself can be good for tooth pain! Turmeric root is also a part of the tea and it is known to reduce inflammation and prevent diseases. It is synergistically combined with black pepper so your body can absorb it better. Check 0ut how to make your own!
