Scared Tea Time 

Everyday I look forward to drinking a nice cup of tea! Sipping on any tea of your choosing can be grounding, centering and enjoyable. You can share your tea time with good friends and family or just enjoy the comfort of being by yourself. I love to mix and blend my own teas out of fresh herbs, roots or flowers. On of my absolute favorites is ginger root tea. Not only is it tasty, but it is healthy and natural. Ginger is great for digestion, headaches and chewing on the root itself can be good for tooth pain! Turmeric root is also a part of the tea and it is known to reduce inflammation and prevent diseases. It is synergistically combined with black pepper so your body can absorb it better.
